When you Arrive
Unloading
When you arrive on campus please place your parking pass in the window and proceed to your designated unloading zone.
Cart Stations
Fill in your cart slip before you leave home. Once you have parked your group will go to your residence hall’s cart station. At the cart station all friends and family here to assist you will receive wristbands as a security measure. They will also be given a cart to help with the move-in process.
Wheeled carts are available to help you move your belongings into the residence halls. There is a great demand for carts during move-in.
As a courtesy to your fellow students, please return your cart immediately after unloading. See the reverse side of your cart slip, found in your Arrival Survival packet, for cart usage information.

Wristbands
All members of the group must be present at the cart station to receive a wristband to gain access to the residence halls.
The group will then temporarily split up.
Residence Hall Check In
The student will go to their residence hall’s key/card table to gain access to his or her room. At the check-in station the student's Panther Card will be activated and they will receive a pin number. The combination of a card swipe and the pin number will open the resident's door. While the student is at the check-in station, parents and any other friends or family should return to the vehicle and begin unloading. The group should then reconvene at the car and finish unloading as quickly
and efficiently as possible.
